Ron White, founder and Principal of Spectrum Home Analysis brings years of hands-on experience in home construction, maintenance and repair.

He is fully trained and certified in all aspects of home inspection, and he is licensed as a home inspector by the State of Tennessee. He also has a specialty certification in radon testing. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Science and each year he is committed to an additional 18 credits of continuing education in the field of home inspection.

In addition he is an affiliate member of the Williamson County Association of Realtors and has over ten years experience in the field of Real Estate, and Real Estate Appraisal, having held a managing brokers license and the GRI designation – Graduate Realtor Institute.
